We want you to be completely satisfied with your RéVive purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box, include any promotional gifts if applicable, and affix the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
